SUDAFRICA - I went to the Cambridge Slot Car Club, Cape Town, this morning, to test my new Mack GT12/21 chassis with a S&K Slot Racing Products Group 12 armature.
Despite the track being very dirty, the car ran consistent sub 4.7 second laps, with a fastest lap of 4.687 seconds. That's a full 10th of a second quicker than I have ever driven a GT12 around the track before. The car is fast, yet incredibly easy to drive. On a clean track, it will definitely get into the 4.5 seconds bracket.
