Hemos pasado la noche entre las dunas de Fiambalá. La etapa de ayer del Dakar Rally empezó con un pinchazo a causa de una de los millones de rocas a evitar. Seguimos bien pero luego, bajando una duna muy pronunciada chocamos con el frontal y dañamos una de las transmisiones delanteras. La rueda delantera derecha ya no funcionaba como debía y nos costo mucho más pasar las dunas hasta que nos quedamos encallados y inclinados hacia un lado. 7 camiones vinieron a ayudarnos pero acabamos volcando. Con la ayuda de 5 compañeros pudimos poner el Tatra de Bonver Dakar Project de nuevo sobre sus ruedas. Seguimos con dificultades hasta que a las 23h30 nos quedamos encallados de nuevo. Charly Gotlib y Mira usaron las palas y las placas para intentar salir de allí durante 3 horas. Cuando estábamos a punto de salir, llegaron 3 camiones y nos dieron el empujón definitivo. Ahora estamos agotados y hambrientos pero esperamos llegar a tiempo al vivac de la Rioja para tomar la salida de la etapa de hoy. Ya os iré contando! Pataditas!
We passed the night among the dunes of Fiambalá. Yesterday's stage of the Dakar started with a flat because of one of the million rocks to avoid. We continued well but later, during the steep descent of a dune, we hit the front very hard and damaged one of the front transmissions. The right front wheel did not worked properly and we had more difficulties passing the dunes until we got stuck and leaning sideways. 7 trucks came to help us but we rolled over and felt on the side. With the help of 5 guys, we rolled the Tatra again back on its wheels. We kept going but it got more and more difficult and we got stuck again at 23h30. Charly and Mira used the shovels and the sandplates during 3 hours, to try to get out of there. And once we were nearly out, 3 trucks came and gave us the final push out. Now we are exhausted and hungry but we hope to get in time to the bivouac at La Rioja to start today's stage. Keep tuned for more! Pataditas
