This week we're releasing some special pieces that we've created to help celebrate Biante's 20 years of producing Australian model cars. We’ve tried to include as many little details in this version as possible to celebrate the original XY release (GT badging and stripes to name a few!), but also honour the FGX as the book end to the Australian-produced Falcon. We think the famous 65E livery works great with the FGX shape and judging by the few examples left unspoken for a lot of you must agree! The 1:18 features the opening doors and bonnet, while the 1:43 version will be closed as per our normal FGX Supercar range. Together with the usual excellent detailing and stunning paintwork, these stunning diecast models should not be missed. Believe it or not, it’s been 20 years since we released the 1972 Bathurst-winning LJ XU1 Torana in 1:18 scale. So now, to celebrate we’ve adapted the famous 28C Bathurst winner livery onto the last Holden Supercar based on a locally produced model - the VF Commodore. Like the Falcon, we’ve tried to include as many little details in this version as possible to celebrate the original LJ release while also honouring the VF as the last Australian-produced Commodore. The 1:18 forms part of the Biante Peter Brock Collection and features the standard opening doors and bonnet, while the 1:43 version is closed as per our normal VF Supercar range. Together with the usual excellent detailing and stunning paintwork, these models should not be missed.
