NEW IN STOCK LE MANS MINIATURES and NSR and SCALEXTRIC sent us new cars this week. The Alpine A610 isn't generally known as a competition car, but this version from LE MANS MINIATURES raced at Le Mans in 1994 with support from JVC. In a similar way to the Alpine A310, it is far removed from the street car, with bulging bodywork and a big rear wing. All the usual LMM attention to detail is there, especially on the very nice driver figure. Also from LMM is a new figure, Marion the Journalist with the realism we expect on the LMM fgures. LMM-132085-60 Alpine A610 JVC Le Mans 1994 NSR sent five new cars, four of which are the new F1 Test Car models. Starting with the Porsche 997 RSR in popular Gulf livery, this is one for the collectors as well as racers. You probably know how good it is on track by now as the Porsche has been around for some time. So what about the new F1 cars ? There are four colours available (we'll just show you one here for reasons of space, you can see the white, yellow, and silver cars by clicking on this LINK). The King 21K EVO3 motor is fitted inline in its own pod. A suspension kit for the F1 cars is coming, to enhance the front axle adjustment and chassis flex. Alloy wheels all round, and soft tyres with printing on the sidewalls complete the basic model. How does it go ? Like a rocket straight out of the box ! The handling is good too, even before you start setting it up for your track. NSR-0121 Porsche 997 RSR Gulf NSR-0161 F1 Test Car green Just a week after the first of the 2020 cars arrived we finally have the last of the 2019 SCALEXTRIC cars. The Jaguar I-Pace has arrived in two versions. The red one looks OK but the Group 44 car with its 2-tone green striping will stir a lot of memories for fans of American sports car racing - lots of historic Jaguars have been in these colours, plus other British sports cars. S-C4042 Jaguar I-Pace red S-C4064 Jaguar I-Pace Group 44 DUE TO ARRIVE The Lancia Delta HF Martini Test Car and the Lancia Delta HF Camel are arriving from TEAM SLOT, plus the Escort RS2000 MK2 Teboil Gold car. SCALEXTRIC now have the Chevy Montecarlo Arrowhead and the Ford Thunderbird Allama and the Lotus 25 Jack Brabham in their warehouse. SLOT.IT should be shipping the pink Nissan R89C Scotch House and maybe another model. We have been expecting the SIDEWAYS Lamborghini Huracan Pertamina and the FLY Hesketh 308 # 24 Hunt and the Hesketh 308 # 26 Jones but we haven't had shipping confirmation yet. NEW CARS ANNOUNCED Still working on our Nuremberg reports, but we have now listed more 2020 cars, for example the SCX range, plus some exciting SCALEXTRIC additions. There will be six cars produced as Limited Editions exclusively for Australia, and as usual we hope to have a small supply. Prices are approximate at the moment, due to an Australian price rise, currency exchange rates, shipping costs, and import handling and VAT. Should be pretty close though, and these special cars will be on lots of peoples "wants" lists.
