NEW CARTRIX CLASSIC GRAND PRIX CARS.
While we wait for delivery of the first Talbot Lago # 42 another version with race # 15 was on display at Nuremberg. Alongside it was a new Alfa Romeo which will probably be the first of many versions. More details when we get the catalogue numbers and release dates from CARTRIX.
SLOTWINGS WILLIAMS FW08 SENNA ON THE WAY.
Just waiting for packaging is the first release in the SLOTWINGS Senna Collection. A fully finished sample of the Williams FW08 was available at Nuremberg. This car will later be released as the team car driven by Jacques Laffitte in 1983.
POLICAR LOTUS 72.
Three slightly unfinished versions of the forthcoming POLICAR
Lotus 72 were on show at Nuremberg. A Gunston version is also planned. Although we will be getting a POLICAR Ferrari F40 and Ferrari 312PB in spring, the Lotus 72 will be available later this year. Further classic F1 cars planned by POLICAR are the March 701 and March 711, including the infamous STP sponsored 'T-tray' car. The POLICARF1 cars will use the drivetrain with reduction gears shown in the bottom picture. We can add all the POLICAR range to the MRE website as soon as catalogue numbers and prices are confirmed.
