Hand Numbered, Limited Edition of 100 printed on professional gloss-metallic art paper, signed by Allan Moffat.
Biante Model Cars have always had a serious passion for Australian Motorsport, and one great race in particular that is held on Mount Panorama at Bathurst has been capturing the hearts and minds of the Australian public for 50 years. To celebrate so many memorable moments on the mountain, Biante would like to present to collectors a limited edition, illustrative print range that we have titled the Masters Of The Mountain. Each print will feature a digital illustration of a particular years Bathurst Winner along with key dates and information about the top ten finishers for that year. This first edition features the famous XY GTHO, driven by Allan Moffat to take out the 1971 Hardie-Ferodo 500.
This first edition print is a one-off limited run of only 100 units, individually hand numbered and printed on an extremely high quality Gloss-Metallic Professional Art Paper. Each print has an archival lifespan (70-100 years) in typical home display conditions and is approximately 39cm wide by 49cm high in dimension. We picked this size to make the prints quite easy and cost effective for collectors to frame as they suit the RIBBA style frames commonly found at IKEA stores around Australia.
As part of the 2012 Biante Collectors Night at Bathurst we unveiled this print to collectors and was available to purchase on the night. As an added bonus, the legendary Allan Moffat was there on the evening and he kindly signed the entire run of 100 making this quite a special collectors item.
