The debut of Guy Ligier's team as F1 builder took place in 1976. In 1977 the results, with the JS7 model, were excellent, with even a victory, at the Swedish GP. The Ligier JS7 was the second Formula One racing car made by Ligier. As with the preceding JS5, the letters "JS" were in tribute to Guy Ligier's friend Jo Schlesser who was killed in the 1968 French Grand Prix.
Next, the Walter Wolf Racing Team Wolf-Ford Cosworth WR1 as driven by Jody Scheckter in the 1977 Monaco F1 GP is available to pre-order. Jody qualified in 2nd place on the grid and went on to win the race.
On 4th June 1967, in the hands of Jim Clark, the Lotus 49 entered not only its debut race, but also its first World Championship Grand Prix. The epic win at the 1979 French GP that was achieved by Jean-Pierre Jabouille on the Dijon-Prenois home circuit in 1979 was a historic one because it was the Renault's first Formula 1 win and the first for a supercharged engine. The Renault RS10 was a Formula 1 car developed to compete in the 1979 Formula One season, which became the first turbocharged F1 car to win a Grand Prix.
Last but not the least, the race result that secured the posthumous World Championship of Drivers for Jochen Rindt and was the final victory for the Lotus 49.
