PYNELLAS PARK USA - 9TH ANNUAL RETRO RUMBLE 2026 FROM FAST EDDIES SLOT CAR & RACEWAY

 Retro racers...

Fast Eddie's Slot Car & Raceway will be hosting the 9th annual Southern Retro Rumble this year in February instead of March. Hopefully this will help cut some of the additional hotel increases from spring break we experienced last March.

You are not going to want to miss this year's event with action on both tracks and some of the best racers in the country already planning on attending.

Below is a schedule for the days of practice and races.

If we get enough racers interest in practicing Tuesday, the 17th of February, we can open in the afternoon/evening for a few hours.

February 18, Wednesday - Practice
Doors open at noon and close at 9:30 PM.

February 19, Thursday - Practice
Doors open at 10 AM and close at 9:30 PM.

February 20, Friday - Doors open at 8 AM.
GT Coupe amateur - Tech open at 10 AM with qualifying at 10:30 AM on the 154' Ogilvie Hillclimb track, race to follow.
GT Coupe pro to qualify one hour after amateur race concluded.
Both classes will be handout motors.

February 21, Saturday - Doors open at 8 AM.
Formula 1 - Tech open at 10 AM with qualifying at 10:30 AM on the 154' Ogilvie Hillclimb track, race to follow qualifying.
Retro Stock Car - Tech open at 4:30 PM. Qualifying to start at 5:15 PM on the 126' Ogilvie tri-oval, race to follow qualifying.

February 22, Sunday - Doors open at 8 AM.
Can-Am - Tech open at 9:30 AM with qualifying at 10:15 AM on the 154' Ogilvie Hillclimb track, race to follow qualifying.

Entry fees will be $20 for each class and a $15 pit pass on Fri, Sat, and Sun. Lunch will be provided on race days.
The GT Coupe class will be $40.00 and include 1 motor with the entry fee.

Please note that Black Magic tires will not be allowed at this IRRA event.

If you're not familiar with the area... there are plenty of hotels and food venues within a five-mile radius of the raceway.
