It is a very quiet time of year - there are no new car deliveries this week.
DUE TO ARRIVE
A new car is due in from TEAM SLOT, the bright red street version of the Alpine Renault A310.
We do expect two new cars to arrive from SCALEAUTO before the end of next week. Anew version of the Mercedes SLS plus the first of the racing Pagani Zonda cars.
Of course it is always nice to know that new cars are on the way, but August is traditionally quiet and 2012 seems to be exceptionally slow. See our notes in News Roundup below.
NEW CARS ANNOUNCED
RACER have added two more versions of the fabulous Ferrari 250 GTO to their Silverline series. Both cars are from the Le Mans 24 Hours 1963, where the red car finished 2nd overall and the silver car completed the race in 4th place. Both wonderful results for a GT car and of course these are both wonderful detailed models which are also fast on track.
NEWS ROUNDUP
SCALEXTRIC LOTUS-RENAULT 2012. We have a detail picture of one of the forthcoming SCALEXTRIC releases due in the autumn. The Lotus cars have been easy to see on the GP tracks with their iconic black & gold livery, and are surely the next team most expected to score a 2012 victory very soon. Both team cars will be released so you can choose between Raikonnen or Grosjean for your home or club track.
