Minichamps 1:43 F1 Announcement
This week there are seven 1:43 F1 cars announced by Minichamps. Six of these are new models, with the seventh being further production scheduled for the 1994 Australian GP-winning Benetton of Michael Schumacher that came out late last year. All cars are Benettons from the 1993 & 1994 F1 seasons, with a Rubens Barrichello Williams from the 2010 Brazilian GP thrown in for good measure, his 300th GP start.

Three 1993 cars are announced today, Ricardo Patrese's 3rd-placed car from Brazil, Michael Schumacher's Portugese GP winner and Michele Alboreto's car from the end of season testing in Spain.

F1 1994
From the 1994 season come the Benetton B194s of Jos Verstappen (father of current Red Bull pilot Max) and Johnny Herbert, plus Michael Schumacher's Australian GP car is going back into production after first stocks arrived at the end of last year.

Williams
F1 2010
After becoming the most experienced driver in F1 history at the 2008 Turkish Grand Prix, Rubens Barrichello pushed on to become the first driver to reach 300 entries and 300 starts at the 2010 Brazilian Grand Prix and Minichamps will produce that car. Barrichello finished his F1 career in 2011 with 326 entries for 322 starts, with the only current drivers in the hunt for this record being Kimi Räikkönen on 296/293 and Lewis Hamilton (231/231).
