NEW CARS ANNOUNCED
RACER have commited to producing the fabulous Ferrari Race Transporter if enough orders are received. This is a major project that we first showed you from Nuremberg 2011 when a prototype was displayed (see pictures in News Roundup below), and the huge amount of work and probable cost left it aside as a 'work in progress' whileRACER concentrated on starting the Group 5 Series. If enough orders are received to fill the minimum production run of 200 Transporters, the project will be completed. We have confirmed a full RRP price of £425 which means that we will be selling it for quite a bit less with your usual discounts. The Ferrari Race Transporter is a famous vehicle and RACER will produce it as a fully finished model which is motorised and can be driven on your slot track. We don't have a set date yet but RACER will start production as soon as enough orders have been received, so please make an advance order if you are interested in owning one of these so that we can advise RACER of the interest.
RACER have also announced another version of their lovely Ferrari 250LM. This is the Filipinetti entered car at Le Mans 1968 and is highly detailed and lovingly hand-built to a very high standard.
A new street version of the Alpine Renault A310 will be available from TEAM SLOT. So far previewed in bright red, other colours may be available in the future.
A very Limited Edition Porsche 911 will be available from FLY. Produced specially for a Spanish client, only 20 cars will be available in the UK. We will have a very small allocation, so serious FLY collectors should make an advance order now - and keep your fingers crossed !
