DESDE LONDRES EN EL IMPERIO DE LA NIEBLA, NOTICIAS DE SLOT

Out Next Week - New Bus for London 38 Victoria, 'Wicked' - 1:76 (OM46604)
OM46604
Reverting back to the popular open-platform of the old Routemasters, the New Bus for London offers the same hop-on hop-off rear platform as well as two other sets of doors, each with an Oyster card reader. With two sets of stairs and three entrances the NBfL is easy to get on, off and around. Designed by Heatherwick Studios and built by Wrightbus using lightweight materials and with distinctive glass sides to the two staircases the bus has a light and airy feel inside.
Wicked is the untold 'other side of the story' that uncovers just how Glinda the Good and the Wicked Witch of the West came to be so in the original tale of The Wizard of Oz.  Based on the 1995 novel 'Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch' by Gregory Maguire, the theatre adaptation has proved a huge hit with audiences and critics winning the 2010 Oliver Award for Most Popular Show and the 2010 and 2011 Whatsonstage.com Award for Best West End Show.
Out Next Week - Wright Solar Single Deck, Go North East OK, 100th Anniversary, OK1 - 1:76 (OM46017A/B)
OM46017AB
Wade Emmerson, founder of OK Motor Services, ran his first bus from Evenwood to Bishop Auckland on Easter Saturday 1912.  After the First World War new routes were introduced, including one from Bishop Auckland to Newcastle, which was the first to use the OK Motor Services name.  In 1959 OK Motor Services Limited was formed.  By the mid-1980s the fleet stood at 200 vehicles and the fleet name OK Travel was established.  In 1995, the company was sold to the Go-Ahead Group PLC and the OK identity was maintained for a while before being encompassed within Go North East.
2012 would have been the Centenary year for OK Motor Services and Go North East is proudly running bus services in the Bishop Auckland and South Durham area with vehicles carrying the distinctive OK red, maroon and cream livery with OK Motor Services fleet names.

New Release - Peugeot 309 GTi Mk1 Silver - 1:43 (VA11605A/B)
VA11605A
Originally developed as a successor to the Talbot Horizon using a stretched 205 platform and doors, 'Project C28', as it was known internally, became a Peugeot when PSA made the decision to drop the Talbot brand altogether.  With the 305 still in production and likely to remain so, 309 was chosen to distance the new car from any others in the Peugeot range.
The 309 GTI made its debut in February 1987, less than two years after the 309 range had been launched, and was immediately well reviewed by the press who loved the car's handling balance and sheer vitality; qualities that have made the 309 GTi a cult classic among hot-hatch aficionados.
This 1:43 scale Vanguards model is available in two versions.

New Release - Ford Escort Mk3 1.6 Ghia Crystal Green - 1:43 (VA11007)

VA11007

Launched in 1980, project Erika, which became the Ford Escort Mk3, was new from stem to stern.  It cost £500million to develop and occupied 500 engineers for 5 years.  The result was Ford's first front-wheel-drive car of this size and the new 'CVH engine' family.  After some initial softening of suspension settings, the Mk3 range became a best seller with 1,857,000 produced in 6 years.
The car modelled was owned by a Bournemouth‑based family from new until 2011 and was saved from the crusher by Ian Perry of RSTurbos.com.  Like all Ghias, it featured a luxurious interior and stylish exterior detailing.  It is now being restored by an enthusiast.
