Biante Model Cars are proud to announce the release of three special 1:43 Commodores for Holden and HSV fans. B432717X 1:43 HOLDEN VFII COMMODORE DIRECTOR SON OF A GUN (METALLIC GREY) LIMITED EDITION OF 216 PIECES To celebrate the last year of locally built Commodores, Holden introduced the Motorsport Edition range to the public. They consisted of the ‘Magnum’ - an SS V-based ute, the ‘Motorsport Edition’ - an SS V-based sedan and the ‘Director’ - a Calais V-based sedan. The Director featured all the fruit from the standard Calais V, but also added the four mode Magnetic Ride Control system (a feature previously only given to HSVs), together with some suspension, brake and wheel upgrades. The other major area of difference was the exclusive cosmetic package which featured an embroidered dash, a black painted roof, red highlighted front grille, new red-lined alloys, unique badging, individual vehicle numbering, alloy pedals, six-speed automatic transmission, heated seats and a special unique build option code ‘DIR’. Only 360 cars were produced with 250 offered to the public. The rest were made available to Holden dealers and staff. B432917B 1:43 HSV GTSR SPITFIRE (GREEN) LIMITED EDITION OF 300 PIECES We're also excited to release the first 1:43 models from the final range of homegrown HSVs. Developed directly from the genuine HSV CAD data, the GTSR and GTSR W1 are as accurate in shape as is possible in model form. We’ve also added the extra details like metal etch parts for the brake discs and front grille mesh, together with all the little details that distinguish the W1 from the GTSR such as the Pirelli P-Zero tyres, carbon fibre detailing, and W1 badging.
