Lots of new cars for you this week because we have deliveries from SCALEXTRIC andNSR and LE MANS MINIATURES and PIONEER and SLOT-IT.
Three cars arrived from SCALEXTRIC, starting with the SR version of the Audi R8 GT3 in Spider livery as raced at Bathurst. Patrick Mortimers Mini Challenge car is sponsored by SCALEXTRIC and is now available in stock, and the Lotus 49B of Jo Siffert has arrived. This car has the high wings as used in 1968, plus the oil tank and radiator mounted above the gearbox.
NSR have delivered the first two Aston Martin V12 cars in plain red and plain silver Test Car identities. On the same delivery we have also received the Ford MK4 as raced at Le Mans 1967, this # 3 car is finished in bronze with the headlamp covers in place as it appeared at the start of the race. Another addition to the Abarth Assetto F1 series is the Petronas Mercedes liveried car, nice to add to the other F1 Team versions already available.
The entire Alpine Renault A220 team from Le Mans 1969 has arrived from LE MANS MINIATURES. All four cars are in traditional metallic blue, and hand-built to a high standard as usual.
The new McLaren F1GT has arrived from SLOT-IT. This has the new bodyshell whuci is fabulous in Yellow Corn colours, the real car raced in the JSPC series.
PIONEER delivered the Chevy Camaro SS Sunoco # 15 car. After a long wait we can report that the blue is just the correct shade and the detail as crisply moulded as the first releases. Not surprisingly, this car is sold out to advance orders but we do expect another delivery soon.
