New Spark, LookSmart & Minichamps Announcement
This week sees 36 new items announced, mainly in 1:43 scale. They cover the recent 2019 Bathurst 12 Hour race, the 2018 GT3 Nations Cup in Bahrain, the last of the 2018 F1 racing and Abu Dhabi testing, plus some classic Ferrari 312Ts podium finishers from the 1975 Italian GP. There's even a quartet of 1:64 Le Mans Porsches.
Spark 1:43

First up from Spark are half a dozen 2019 Bathurst 12 Hour models, including the podium finishers. So you have the winning #912 Porsche 911 GT3 R of Werner / Olsen / Campbell(above), along with the 2nd-placed #62 Aston Martin Vantage GT3 of Dennis / Vaxiviere / Kirchhöfer and the 3rd-placed #999 Mercedes-AMG GT3 of Buhk / Marciello / Götz. The Porsche 911 GT3 Rs of Dumas / Müller / Jaminet (#911) and Calvert-Jones / Estre / Evans (#12) have also been modelled, along with the #42 BMW M6 GT3 of Farfus / Mostert / Tomczyk.

The first running of the FIA GT Nations Cup was held in Bahrain last December, with eighteen countries competing in the GT3-spec racing. Eight cars have been announced, included the winning Mercedes-AMG GT3 of Team Turkey and the Porsche 911 GT3 R of Team Australia, piloted by previous Bathurst 12H class-winners Stephen and son Brenton Grove (above).

Lastly from Spark are the four Porsche GT Team 911 RSRs that competed at Le Mans in 2018 in 1:64 scale. They include the winning #92 and runner-up #91 cars from the LMGTE Pro class in 'Pink Pig' and 'Rothmans' style livery, plus the #93 and #94 cars.
LookSmart 1:43
LookSmart have announced two 1:43 Ferrari 312Ts from the 1975 Italian GP, winner Clay Regazzoni (below) and 3rd-placed Niki Lauda.

Minichamps 1:18
Only four 1:18 F1 cars from Minichamps this time around - all McLarens - and also being modelled in 1:43 too! First up are the McLaren MCL33s from the Abu Dhabi GP of Fernando Alonso and Stoffel Vandoorne that mark their final F1 races. The other cars featured in testing at the Yas Marina circuit by new McLaren recruits Carlos Sainz Jr and Lando Norris.

Four new Lewis Hamilton cars get the ball rolling in 1:43, with his (5th) World Championship-clinching Mercedes-AMG W09 from the Mexican GP, his Brazilian and Abu Dhabi winners plus his practice car from Abu Dhabi. For Alfa Romeo fans come their two Abu Dhabi GP cars and with them the last F1 cars to carry the Sauber name. Meanwhile, Kimi Räikkönen effectively returned to his F1 roots for 2019 and on February 14th we got the first look at his new steed at the Fiorano circuit. Minichamps are now producing his Alfa Romeo C38 in the special Valentine's Day-inspired livery.
