DESDE EL IMPERIO DE LA NIEBLA NOVEDADES DE SCALEXTRIC CAR RESTORATIONS

Hi,
In this October edition of the Scalextric Car Restorations newsletter we're very pleased to announce that we have added some of the older Scalextric cars. In addition we have completed our quest to remanufacture all the tyres for all the UK Scalextric cars produced from 1960 to the present catalogue. This includes cars like the rare C71 Auto Union C type and the latest C3520 Lotus Exige R GT.

In summary, if you have a Scalextric car that was sold in the UK then we have the tyres for it. That's 122 different tyres (tires) available to fit 1501 different Scalextric models.
Staying on tyres for one last announcement. We have also a few tyres for the Airfix range of slot cars, which over time we plan to extend.
At this time of year we are asked many questions about getting an old Scalextric set running after years of storage. When stored for a long time there are several things to consider, the condition of the track, the cars and the power supply are all obvious problem areas. To provide the best advice we've written an article on how best to resurrect your old Scalextric set.
