Tonight we will be open with TEST & TUNE from 5:00PM - 9:30PM. Track time is only $15.00 for the entire time if you have your own car & controller.
Our Bracket Drag racing will start at 6:30PM. We also have all the JDS Championship plaques to pass out as well.
Many of you know Mike Moock had a mini stroke a few weeks back and has been in rehab for it at Palms of Pasadena. I am happy to post that he is finally back at home and working on recovery and strengthening so keep him in your thoughts still.
This past Monday we only had a few racer's so we ran a H.O. IROC race with everyone. Still a fun night with the guys.

Monday 8/21
It was Walter Buxbaum winning the pole with a fast lap of 3.973 while qualifying on orange.
Scott Fillingham won the classic 1962 Hot Wheels Gasser Corvette donated by Gary Johnson.

Wednesday 8/23
John Putnam won the classic 1964 Hot Rod magazine donated by Steve Clark and it was Ken Engart winning the light money in the first round with a .0083 reaction time.
With Steve Clark winning like the last 5 Bracket races there was a bounty for the past 3 weeks on him for whoever could beat him and win.
All through the night the racing was extremely close and some great reaction times were being thrown down.

Last night we had some difficulties to start the night with the Tri-Oval so we ran the first race 6.4 Breakout on the Hillclimb track instead.
It was young Josiah Ridings leading the way with his first win for him.
Way to go Josiah on what I anticipate will be the first of many more to come in your future.

It was great to have so many new racers join in the fun with us this month.
We run this race every last Saturday of the month so mark it on your calendar.
It was awesome to have several of the Florida H.O. Racing Association at the track having some fun. We ran a bunch of IROC races with everyone and had a great time.
