NEW IN STOCK
A much busier week so far, we have new cars in stock from FLY and SIDEWAYS andNSR and CARRERA and SCALEXTRIC.
FLY sent a new version of the Brabham BT44, this one in Hitachi livery as driven by Carlos Reutemann at Spa 1974.
A single car delivery from NSR is the BMW Z4GT in colours you just can't miss. Vivid green, red, and black, with Demon Tweeks logos makes it hard to lose on a racetrack.
Another solo arrival came in from SIDEWAYS when the Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Carbon arrived. Similarly to the Lamborghini Huracan Gulf, this one also contains a little gift - a full colour keyfob.
CARRERA sent a variety of cars in both 1/24 scale and 1/32 scale, and they are all Digital models. In the larger 1/24 scale we have a new Ferrari 512S in Filipinetti livery, plus a pair of BMW M1 Procars. The # 201 car has a Nurbringring circuit map covering the car, so you won't mistake it for anything else. The yellow car has sponsorship from Kreis Telefonbuch and is a Team Winklehock entry.
For 1/32 scale Digital cars, CARRERA delivered five new models. We have the new BMW M4 DTM in Shell Helix livery (very attractive), the Porsche 935 Moby Dick in red Momo colours (also very attractive), a BMW M1 Procar with Pooh logos (unforgettable), a Zakspeed Capri in Pentosin decoration (dazzling), and a Porsche 911 with mythical flames style markings (this one has Blinklicht, which of course means flashing lights !).
Four new cars arrived from SCALEXTRIC - and they are all Limited Editions. First, from the catalogue, is the Jaguar E Type Goodwood twin-pack. Two nice Lightweight cars that are original racers, but note that this set is already completely sold out fromSCALEXTRIC so we won't be getting any more - move fast if you didn't make an advance order ! The next two cars are in the Autograph Edition series, a Ford Sierra RS500 Cosworth in Ford Credit livery and signed by Rob Gravett, and the BTCC Honda in Halfords colours signed by Matt Neal. Availability of these is very limited like all the Autograph series cars. Lastly, we have a classic Ford Falcon XW street car which is not available in the UK as it is a limited release for Australia and the USA only. We have just a couple left after filling our advance orders so if you don't want to import one yourself you had better be quick !
DUE TO ARRIVE
We are waiting for the NSR Porsche 908/3 Nurburgring # 15 and the Corvette C7R Indy 500 White and the Corvette C7R Indy 500 Green cars which are due to arrive.SIDEWAYS have the GP5 Lancia Stratos Alitalia ready to ship. Other cars may arrive that we haven't had shipping advice about yet.
NEW CARS ANNOUNCED
FLY have a Lancia O37 Rallye Limited Edition. A special commission and not part of the main range, we will be getting a few of this El Gaitero sponsored car - first come, first served.
NEWS ROUNDUP
MANUFACTURERS PICTURES - NSR. The next version of the Porsche 908/3 to arrive is the yellow # 15 car that finished in second place at the 1970 Nurburgring 1000K. The Ford P68 has been one of the most popular cars for NSR and so another mythical version will be arriving soon. The Martini livery has been finalised after a slightly different prototype was shown at Nuremberg, we think the production release looks even better.
FLY RENAULT TRUCK AMENDED. The first release of the brand new Renault Magnum truck from FLY will now be the # 7 and not the # 2 as previously announced. No other changes, and the trucks are identical except for the number so no alterations to advance orders. Due out next month as a welcome addition for truck racing fans. At the same time, we expect to receive a couple of other trucks already announced, theBuggyra MKR08 Go Pink and the Buggyra MKR08 Red Ice.
SLOTWINGS ANNOUNCE HESKETH 308. As part of their new high-detail resin range, the next models to follow the Surtees TS19 announced last week will be the Hesketh 308 and the McLaren M26. We don't have any further information about the McLaren yet, but we can show you pictures of the Hesketh 308 in both 1975 and 1976 variants. No details about the precise models and decorations yet, but expect something for James Hunt and possibly Rupert Keegan. All of these cars will have very limited production runs, and probably prices comparable to the Porsche 917 Snorkel cars made using the same technology. Lots to look forward to for classic F1 fans by the end of the year, and we will be adding them to our stock list as soon as we have more details, catalogue numbers, and prices.

MANUFACTURERS PICTURE - SLOTWINGS. Almost ready for release, this is one of the BMW M3 E30 cars announced earlier this year. The Bastos livery is well known, especially in Europe, and makes a nice addition to the other tobacco sponsored BMW M3 cars alraedy produced - Rothmans, Marlboro, Camel, JPS, if you haven't already got them.
