A field of 28 Dirt Late Models, Stock Cars, and Sportsman WOMPS was on hand for the first AWRA race at All Star Miniature Speedway And Collectibles in Evington, Virginia on Saturday, December 3, 2022.

When the dust settled, we had two first-time winners, and veteran AWRA racer Nick Brantley posting wins in a day of close racing.

Man, where do I start? Saturday 12/3/2022 we held our first AWRA event at All-Star Miniature Speedway. First and foremost, I want to thank EVERYONE! Everyone who attended and everyone who help out, THANK YOU! It was an amazing event, not without a few bumps, but thank you to everyone for hanging in there. Ok, now, on to the racing. We ran Dirt Late Model and Stockcar on the oval, Sportsman on the Lazy 8. 28 entries all together, wow!

We're going to do it again March 4, 2022! Classes will be Dirt Late Model on the oval, Sportsman and Legacy GT-1 on the Lazy 8!
